Not all issues or problems are appropriate for telehealth. Together we may decide if a referral to another provider is necessary.
The universe can be repetitious when we are trying to learn a new way of being. Sometimes, we need guidance along the way to help navigate situations that seem too overwhelming for one person to handle. Years of not taking time to slow down to acknowledge the different emotions and beliefs attached to your problems, issues and/or traumatic events can leave a person maxing out their body’s emotional capacity to cope. Emotional overload can feel like your world has completely flipped upside down.

In addition to telehealth sessions, I provide in-home therapy to seniors and veterans located in the Commack area. In-home counseling services are available to seniors, disabled adults and veterans (Insurance accepted for these individuals is Aetna, Cigna, & Medicare.)
